I want to talk to you about Alphas Unleashed: Discipleship, Intimacy, Outreach (A.U.D.I.O.)
First off, what is it?
A.U.D.I.O. is a discipleship program started by Reverend Trevor L. Cooper (Rev. Trev), geared towards young adults (18 and over) to help you better grow in your walk with God. There are five levels to the program designed to help you get from a religion to a relationship with God. Just think of it as your weekly trip to the spiritual snack bar, and away from the secular concession stand.
Secondly, What is the meaning behind the name?
Each word in the name of the group represents a level of the program.
Level 1 Alpha: The beginning steps, transitioning from follower to leader! You have to adjust your perception of God. You have to forget everything you thought you knew about a walk with God. Because if you are to be a fisher of men, you have to take on the role of a servant, which means dying to yourself everyday, and allowing God to use you for whatever, whenever. Basically, if you want to be a leader, a choice must be made to leave your daily baggage at the door when you are called to serve
(A.K.A. Save the drama fo' yo' mama).
Level 2 Unleashed: Moving from a walk, to a full on sprint! We're talking about having a "Spiritual Spike" every single day of the week. "I remember the first time I truly felt the presence of the Holy Spirit in my life, and it was awesome!" -Rev. Trev. The problem is, the enemy will come at you ten times harder when you try and serve others. So you have to learn how to call on the Spirit whenever you are attacked, not just at church
(A.K.A. Hitting God's "Circle K" 24-7... just walk in).
Level 3 Discipleship: Training in Jesus-Jitsu, the Ministry Martial Art! Taking the knowledge gained through learning about how to have a strong relationship with God, and using that as your basis for ministry to those around you. Not using a "Do you know Jesus?" approach, but a "Let me tell you about my best friend" style. Teaching and preaching about the love, forgiveness, and peace, that can only come from a life led walking hand-in-hand with "The Great I AM"
(A.K.A. All you need is love).
Level 4 Intimacy: Learn to not only show God's love to others, but feel His love for you! Growing up in a relationship with your Abba (Daddy) Father. The Bible says you are His masterpiece, and that He jealously pursues you. Don't settle for a life of servitude to a distant God, but live with a promising love life with your Father. Diving into to a deeper level of love for and with Jesus
(A.K.A. Truly, madly, deeply).
Level 5 Outreach: Give and it will come back to you! We take a hands on approach in serving others in our community. Showing Christ's love to those who need it most by whatever means possible. Feeding the hungry, giving to the poor, helping those in need, and loving the lost and broken-hearted.

And Finally, how much will it cost?
This program is offered absolutely free of charge! However in Galatians 6:6 the Bible says "Let him who receives instruction in the Word [of God] share all good things with his teacher [contributing to his support]." AMP We want to offer a sound study program for our generation. Because one day we are going to be the leaders of the world, and we can't wait to usher in a Born-Again Spirit-Filled group of Earth-Shakers and History-Makers!
